Sunderland RCA are delighted to announce the signing of Brad Forster as he completes a return to the club ahead of the 2026/27 season.
An incredibly well versed centre-back in the division, Forster brings experience, quality, and physicality that will nicely complement the squad RCA are beginning to assemble ahead of the first pre-season fixture this weekend.
Forster returns to Meadow Park where he enjoyed an initial spell up until December 2020. He later celebrated promotion with Easington Colliery either side of lenghty spells with Sunderland West End until they resigned from the Northern League at the end of last season.
Manager Mark Forrest was delighted to receive Forster’s signature and looks forward to working with him as the new season approaches.
He said: “Brad is a top class defender and a player we’ve been working really hard to bring back to the club. He’s shown how capable he is at this level in recent years and he’ll certainly have a part to play in helping us have a successful season.”
