OUR FIRST TEAM

Mason is a big, strong, physical centre half with great vision and ability to read the game. He comes with an excellent reputation on and off the field after having previously played for Seaham Red Star and Washington FC.

Brad is a big, physical old school centre half, who isn’t afraid to put his body on the line to keep a clean sheet. He has great experience at this level, having won promotion via the play offs with Easington Colliery Welfare. Brad will make an excellent addition to the backline.

A former Middlesbrough and Hartlepool youth player. Jack is Sunderland born and has joined RCA with a point to prove. Jack has great quality and can play numerous positions to a very high standard. One to watch.

Kieran has returned to the club after a spell at Whickham and Easington CW. An extremely popular figure at the club amongst committee, supporters and players, Kieran is a truly excellent footballer who has an outstanding footballing intelligence and will drive the standards through his leadership quality.

Luke returned to RCA after a couple of years at Thornaby where he was part of a promotion winning team. He is an energetic defender who likes to get forward and help out in attack. Reads the game superbly and is no adverse to a strong tackle.

Alberto Dumba operates both at full-back and on the wing and provides a great threat with his pace and ability to get past players in the blink of an eye. He is a popular player and crowd favourite due to his celebrity status on social media.

A box-to-box midfield player who can also play out wide. Macca has a great engine on him and is very good on the ball. Macca joins the club from Seaham Red Star and was instrumental in the side that finished in the play offs of the 2025/26 season.

Jake is a great, combative midfielder who also possesses quality on the ball. He can pick a pass and does an excellent job of turning defence into attack. Also an excellent padel tennis player should anyone need a partner.

Andre is a highly gifted midfielder who can also play anywhere across the backline. His ability on the ball and leadership skills will make an excellent addition to our squad for the season.

Callum has returned to the club having spent time at Easington and Redcar Athletic in previous seasons. Callum is the flair player in the team, he is able to create things on the pitch and has wonderful vision. Along with being a good passer of the ball, he also has an eye for goal.

Dominic Moan, often fondly referred to as “Disco”. He previously played for Whickham but wanted to return to the club last season. “Disco” is a character always seen with a smile on his face and off the pitch he is a lovely lad but once he crosses the white line things get serious. A hard tackling, fluent passer and reader of the game, he is an asset to any team whether he plays in the heart of defence or midfield.

Archie signed from West Auckland Town and is a player with massive ability. His passing skills are outstanding and he has energy to burn. His calmness and composure on the ball alongside his excellent worth ethic is key to the team winning matches.

Chris signed midway through the 24/25 season from Silksworth CW and made an immediate impact on the squad. Chris is an old fashioned midfielder who works tirelessly for the team. He never stops running, is not afraid to make the tackles that matter and puts his body on the line in every game. His enthusiasm on and off the pitch is infectious and lifts the players around him.

Lewis is a dynamic central midfielder who isn’t short of pace, has a great awareness and can change a game in the blink of an eye. Paired with the previously mentioned, his worth ethic off the ball makes him an excellent all round midfielder, who can also do a job out wide.

A young forward with bags of potential, Owen is a player who works extremely hard and has pace to burn. Paired with a great finishing ability, he will cause problems for centre halves over the course of the season.

Kyle is a winger who has had spells with teams such Bishop Auckland and Whitby Town. Signing from Newcastle Benfield, his excellent quality on the ball, finishing and pace will cause significant problems for opposition defences.

Dennis joined the club after taking a year out of football, he was persuaded to give it a go by the manager and scored some absolute worldies last season. Dennis is a prolific goalscorer who has scored goals at all his previous clubs. Dennis is a powerful, combative and dangerous striker who was on the books at Newcastle United. He has brought experience and sheer class to the RCA forward line.

Jackson returned to RCA after a spell at Easington. He was the 24/25 season’s joint highest goal scorer despite only playing for half of the season. “Jacko” is lethal in front of goal when chances arive. He is a nippy player who can play either as a winger, centre forward, or as a number 10.
