Mark Forrest

Mark has significantly revitalised the club since his arrival in the summer of 2024. By using the expertise he gained during his time as an assistant manager at Richmond Town and time as Chairman at West Auckland Town, he has successfully implemented an excellent rebuilding process. Under his leadership, the club has has transformed from the brink of folding to become a stable and competitive team within the EBAC Northern League.

Lewis Dodds

Lewis enjoyed an incredible Northern League playing career after winning Division One countless times and being part of the 2013 Spennymoor Town side that won the FA Vase. Having previously coached at West Auckland, Lewis has come to RCA to share his vast experience and implement high standards after his son Archie signed for the club. An excellent individual to have involved with our club.

Clayton Davis Featured Image

Clayton Davis

Clayton will need no introduction to the RCA faithful as the club legend is now part of the management team. Clayton was a dynamic full back in his time who loved to get forward and was part of Martin Swales’ successful squad. We hope he will bring the good times back to RCA.

Paul Wilkinson Featured Image

Paul Wilkinson

Paul has previously coached our u23s side and has made the step up to full time coach of the first team. He is UEFA “B” qualified and is a highly respected coach who has helped the club through some difficult time.

Neal Atkinson Featured Image

Neal Atkinson

Neal signed towards the back end of the 25/26 season as injury cover to help us see the season out. Neal has vast experience in the Northern League and previously played for RCA under Neil Hixon. A great guy to have involved with the club and will help the development of goalkeepers through sharing his personal experience.

Rebecca Cusack

Rebecca is a great physio who was previously with Sunderland West End. She will be vital in keeping the lads fit and raring to go over the course of the season.
