Sunderland RCA are thrilled to confirm the signing of Owen Imeson ahead of the 2026/27 EBAC Northern League Division Two season.
The young forward joins the club following a fruitful spell with Newcastle Benfield in Division One and has also enjoyed stints with Sunderland West End and Bedlington Terriers in recent years.
A wide player who likes to inject creativity into his game and possesses a goal threat in the final third, Imeson adds to RCA’s growing list of young, talented attackers that will look to hurt opposition backlines this coming season.
Manager Mark Forrest was enthused by the signing and believes Imeson will play a significant role in any success the team hopes to achieve.
“Owen has been one of our top targets and one we’re thrilled to get over the line. He’s had lots of interest from other clubs and with good reason, we’re delighted he chose to join us.
